Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Names TKO Law & Advocacy as Chamber Lobbyists

Expanding Advocacy for Utah Valley Businesses

New role strengthens the Chamber’s voice on legislative and policy issues impacting growth, jobs, and the business climate across Utah Valley

PROVO, Utah January 26, 2026 — The Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce today announced it has hired the TKO Law & Advocacy group as the Chamber’s lobbyists, expanding the Chamber’s capacity to represent Utah Valley businesses on the policy issues that most directly impact growth, jobs, and the overall business climate.

“Utah Valley is one of the fastest-growing regions in the nation, and our businesses need a stronger, more consistent voice on issues that directly impact their ability to grow and compete,” said Curtis Blair, President & CEO of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce. “Bringing Chris & his team on as our lobbyists is an investment in our members—so we can better advocate for smart, pro-business solutions and ensure decision-makers understand what’s at stake for Utah Valley.”

Chris Kyler is a government affairs attorney with TKO Law & Advocacy and brings over 26 years of experience representing business clients before the Utah Legislature. He leads a team of talented lawyers and policy experts who engage in all manner of legislative advocacy including bill analysis, policy strategy, legislative drafting, coalition-building, campaigning, fundraising, PAC administration, and direct lobbying. A frequent speaker across Utah, Kyler helps business leaders and their teams better understand the legal and political issues shaping their industries.

Kyler’s government relations team includes Matthew Clewett, MBA, Gavin Gilbert, JD, Austin Kyler, JD, former mayor and ULTC President Steve Hiatt, data and policy expert Justin Allen, government affairs and campaign expert Megan Kallas, and bill tracking manager Kaitlin Anderson.
