Transportation & Infrastructure

What is the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee?

The year 2021 marks a critical junction for Utah in terms of transportation and infrastructure. With Utah’s economic and fiscal health strong compared to other states, this is the moment to invest in infrastructure that will support the future growth of Utah Valley. We prioritize the development of a comprehensive transportation system to foster growth. This includes a focus on public transportation, improving mobility, and ensuring better links to existing and future transit networks. We also acknowledge that the UV Chamber Legislative Forum found consensus around the pursuit of additional infrastructure funding focused on Utah County priorities.
