Education and Workforce Development
What is the Education & Workforce Committee?
The Utah Valley Chamber is the primary driver of Utah County’s economic growth and sustainability, focusing on the development and implementation of strategic education and workforce education initiatives that support the county’s projected growth. These initiatives include public policy, employer-based and employee training and re-skilling programs, and industry-specific strategies that foster innovation in our community.
We believe in the importance of higher education in developing the skills needed to support workforce education and ensure a prosperous future for Utah Valley. Our committee works to bridge the gab between higher education, workforce training, and industry needs, creating pathways for students to successfully transition from school to career ready professionals.
